We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Worker to join our team in Raleigh, North Carolina. This role involves a variety of tasks essential to the smooth operation of our warehouse and logistics network. Responsibilities include receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, reliable, and committed to upholding high standards of safety . You will be expected to follow all company procedures, including the correct use of PPE and safe Lifting practices. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Stock merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick items to fulfill customer orders.
- Pack orders for shipment, ensuring items are secure and properly labeled.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including mandatory PPE use.
- Practice safe Lifting and material handling techniques.
- Participate in inventory control activities.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as directed to support logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Understanding of basic warehouse procedures.
- Willingness to adhere to all safety regulations and wear appropriate PPE .
- Basic knowledge of logistics is helpful.
