Our Philadelphia, Pennsylvania warehouse is looking for energetic Warehouse Workers to support our daily operations. This role is fundamental to our logistics chain, involving a variety of tasks to ensure efficient and safe handling of goods. You will be involved in order fulfillment, material handling, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. This position offers a great opportunity to be part of a growing team in the heart of the city.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with picking, packing, and shipping customer orders accurately.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and containers.
- Move materials within the warehouse using hand trucks, pallet jacks, or other equipment.
- Organize inventory and maintain stock rotation.
- Keep the warehouse clean, orderly, and free from safety hazards.
- Perform regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counts.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on safety.
- Operate equipment safely, reporting any malfunctions or maintenance needs.
- Ensure the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated individuals. Must be able to perform frequent lifting of up to 60 pounds. A strong commitment to workplace safety and following instructions is essential. Familiarity with general logistics and warehouse operations is beneficial. You should be comfortable performing physically demanding tasks, including standing, walking, and bending for extended periods. Excellent attention to detail and a good work ethic are highly valued. Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Adherence to all PPE requirements is mandatory. Basic understanding of inventory control principles is helpful.
