We are actively seeking a Fulfillment Associate for our Salt Lake City, Utah location. This role is central to our e-commerce logistics, responsible for ensuring that online orders are processed accurately and efficiently. You will be involved in picking, packing, and preparing items for shipment, ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and correct order fulfillment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a safe working environment. Familiarity with warehouse operations and a capacity for physical tasks, including lifting, are essential. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on customer order requirements.
- Inspect picked items for accuracy and ensure they are free from damage.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment, selecting appropriate packaging materials.
- Verify order contents against packing slips and shipping labels.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace and contribute to overall warehouse orderliness.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures diligently, including the correct use of PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment goals.
- Must be able to perform lifting of up to 45 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a fulfillment center, warehouse, or logistics role is a plus.
- Proven ability to work with speed and accuracy in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent attention to detail in both picking and packing processes.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to all guidelines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience with RF scanners or order management systems is beneficial.
