Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks and containers.
- Move materials and products to and from designated storage areas.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock management.
- Ensure proper organization and labeling of materials.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Perform routine checks on warehouse equipment to ensure operational readiness.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
- Support the overall logistics and supply chain operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Material Handler or Forklift Operator.
- Valid forklift certification (if applicable).
- Ability to operate various types of warehouse equipment.
- Physical stamina for lifting, carrying, and maneuvering materials up to 60 lbs.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures.
- Commitment to wearing and using PPE correctly.
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with good communication skills.
