Our Houston, Texas facility is looking for enthusiastic Fulfillment Associates to join our fast-paced team. In this role, you will be responsible for picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. This position is vital to our customer satisfaction and requires a strong commitment to quality. Key responsibilities include accurately retrieving items from shelves, packaging them securely, and applying shipping labels. The role involves significant physical activity, including frequent standing, walking, bending, and occasional Lifting of items up to 40 pounds. Maintaining a safe work environment is paramount; therefore, adherence to all Safety guidelines and the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is essential. We are a leading player in the e-commerce Logistics space and offer a dynamic work environment with opportunities for advancement. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders from warehouse shelves.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare orders for dispatch.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station.
- Conduct quality checks on picked and packed items.
- Follow all Safety regulations and wear appropriate PPE .
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation.
- Meet daily fulfillment quotas and performance targets.
- Contribute to the smooth functioning of our Logistics operations.
- Participate in tasks involving regular Lifting and movement of goods.
