This role is integral to our supply chain operations, ensuring that all products are accurately documented, packaged, and dispatched on time. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing shipping labels, verifying order details, coordinating with carriers, and maintaining accurate shipping records. A keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills are essential for this position. The role involves some physical activity, including the potential for Lifting of moderately heavy items. Maintaining a safe work environment is a top priority, and all employees are expected to strictly adhere to Safety regulations and utilize the appropriate PPE . Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process all outgoing shipments.
- Verify accuracy of orders against shipping documents.
- Generate shipping labels and customs documentation.
- Coordinate with shipping carriers for pick-ups and deliveries.
- Maintain organized shipping records and files.
- Ensure compliance with all Safety procedures and proper use of PPE .
- Assist with inventory checks as needed.
- Communicate with internal teams and external partners regarding shipment status.
- Support the overall efficiency of the Logistics department.
- Perform tasks that may require occasional Lifting .
