We are hiring a Fulfillment Associate for our growing distribution center in Boise, Idaho. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and shipping customer orders, contributing directly to our customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. You will be part of a dynamic logistics team, working with various products and warehouse systems. We prioritize Safety in all our operations and provide the necessary training and equipment to ensure a secure workplace. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on customer orders.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, including labeling and sorting.
- Receive and process incoming inventory, verifying contents and stocking shelves.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and scanners.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Utilize appropriate PPE, including safety vests and gloves.
- Participate in inventory counts and assist with stock management.
- Contribute to team efforts and support other fulfillment operations as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics role is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Basic reading and math skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and following all safety protocols.
- Willingness to wear required PPE consistently.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
