Richmond, Virginia is hiring Picker/Packers to support our growing logistics operations! This role is critical to ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. As a Picker/Packer, you will be responsible for accurately picking items from warehouse shelves based on order tickets, preparing items for shipment, and packing them securely and efficiently. You will utilize scanning equipment to track inventory and update order statuses. This position requires speed, accuracy, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You must be comfortable with physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of packages up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods, and moving throughout the warehouse. We maintain a strong focus on Safety, and all employees are required to follow established Safety procedures and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality are essential. Previous experience in order fulfillment or a similar warehouse role is a plus.
