You will be instrumental in picking products from warehouse shelves using RF scanners and meticulously packing them for safe and timely delivery. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using RF scanners and pick lists.
- Verify product accuracy against order specifications.
- Select appropriate packaging materials and box sizes for optimal protection during shipping.
- Package orders carefully to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.
- Apply shipping labels and documentation accurately.
- Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy through correct picking procedures.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Follow all company safety policies, including wearing required PPE and using safe lifting techniques.
- Meet individual and team productivity targets.
- Perform other warehouse duties as directed to support logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a Picker/Packer or in a similar warehouse environment is advantageous.
- Proficiency in using RF scanning equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret order documents.
- Capability to perform tasks requiring speed, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Willingness to perform moderate lifting and repetitive motions.
- Understanding of basic warehouse logistics.
- A strong commitment to workplace safety.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
