You will be involved in receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders. As a Distribution Center Associate, you'll contribute directly to our logistics chain, ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and process incoming inventory accurately.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory in designated storage areas.
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision and efficiency.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all Safety guidelines.
- Conduct regular quality checks on products and orders.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and stock takes.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment preferred.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks and heavy Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Familiarity with logistics and inventory management principles.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and work in various temperature conditions.
- Proficiency in using basic warehouse tools and equipment.
- Commitment to following all Safety protocols and wearing required PPE.
