We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Worker to join our facility in Huntsville, Alabama. In this role, you will contribute to the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse by performing a range of essential duties. Your responsibilities will include receiving and inspecting incoming shipments, accurately storing inventory, picking and preparing orders for dispatch, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Responsibilities:
- Unload incoming materials and verify shipments against purchase orders.
- Sort and store inventory in designated locations accurately.
- Pick items from inventory to fulfill customer orders.
- Pack orders securely for shipment and affix appropriate labels.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse floor and storage areas.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
- Ensure compliance with all Safety procedures and regulations, including the proper use of PPE .
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform tasks involving regular physical activity, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Understanding of basic warehouse and Logistics functions.
- Commitment to upholding all Safety standards and wearing required PPE .
