Key Responsibilities
Lead design and development
of new store concepts and shop-in-shops.
Oversee the creation
of technical drawings, layouts and 3D renderings to ensure brand consistency and premium execution.
Work collaboratively
with internal teams, external agencies and contractors to bring retail design concepts to life.
Manage
the store design guidelines to ensure consistency in execution across all markets and retail formats.
Oversee the selection
of materials, finishes and fixtures to uphold the brand’s luxury aesthetic while ensuring durability and sustainability.
Conduct site visits and manage installations , ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Tender and evaluate
global shopfitters comparing quality, cost and capability and build a library of preferred partners to ensure consistent, high-standard execution worldwide.
Lead project management efforts , overseeing multiple store design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely execution, alignment with business objectives and effective cross-functional coordination.
Partner with the Visual Merchandising Manager
to ensure seamless integration of merchandising strategies within retail designs.
Ensure
all store designs align with local regulations, safety codes and landlord requirements in each market.
Stay ahead
of industry trends and innovations in luxury retail design to continually evolve and elevate the brand’s retail presence.
Qualifications & Experience
5+ years of experience in store design, architecture or interior design within the luxury beauty, skincare or fashion industries.
Strong understanding of luxury retail environments, with experience in global store rollouts and retail expansion.
Expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite or similar design software.
Experience in managing external vendors, architects and contractors to ensure project execution meets brand and quality standards.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects, meet deadlines and manage budgets effectively.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners.
Passion for design, innovation and storytelling within the luxury retail space.
