We are seeking a proactive and versatile
Sales & Marketing Executive
to support growth across
multiple businesses
within our group. This hybrid role blends hands‑on sales activity with strategic and executional marketing support, helping to generate leads, convert opportunities, and strengthen brand presence across different markets.
The ideal candidate is commercially minded, organised, and comfortable switching between businesses, audiences, and priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads across multiple businesses
Manage outbound and inbound sales activity (email, phone, social, CRM)
Support the full sales cycle from initial contact through to conversion
Prepare proposals, pricing summaries, and follow‑up communications
Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipelines
Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities across the group
Marketing Responsibilities
Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across brands
Create and schedule content for social media, email, and websites
Assist with brand messaging to ensure consistency while adapting to each business
Coordinate marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and case studies
Monitor campaign performance and report on key metrics (leads, engagement, conversions)
Support SEO, paid ads, or external marketing agencies where required
Cross‑Business & Strategic Support
Work closely with leadership to prioritise growth opportunities across businesses
Help standardise sales and marketing processes where appropriate
Share insights and best practices between brands
Assist with market research and competitor analysis Skills & Experience
Experience in sales, marketing, or a combined growth role
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
Comfortable juggling multiple brands or projects simultaneously
Organised, self‑motivated, and results‑driven
Confident using CRM systems, email marketing tools, and social platforms
Experience working with multiple businesses, brands, or clients
B2B sales or marketing experience
Understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, social ads)
Personal Attributes

Confident communicator with a positive, proactive mindset
