Join us, and you’ll find more than just a job—you’ll discover a rewarding career with room to grow, a team that supports you, and a workplace where your individuality is not only welcomed but celebrated.**JOB SUMMARY**An integral position within the Specialized UK Retail Team; a keen team player delivering on or above sales targets and related KPI’s with a distinct focus on best serving the rider and understanding their needs.**What you’ll be doing day-to-day*** Greeting, welcoming and serving riders beyond their expectations across all forms of communication* Closing sales to help the team deliver KPI success* Completing stock checks based on the processes assigned by the brand* Vigilant to security of the team, the location and the stock* Processing orders, deliveries and restocking the store* Carrying out basic cleaning duties* Cashing up-where applicable* Completing any reasonable request made by the Store or Assistant Store Leader to the best of ability* Professional and friendly conduct at all times within the team and especially with riders**What you will need to win*** Demonstrable salesmanship* Sound product knowledge and the drive to learn continuously* Empathy for riders in order to best deliver exceptional customer service* Numeracy and literacy skills* Clear and effective communicator* I.T. skills in order to operate in store systems**We have a competitive benefits package which includes;*** Bike Loan Scheme* Bike & Apparel Purchase Policy* Discounted Sport Brand Purchases* Employee Assistance Programme, including your immediate family* Enhanced Annual Leave* Enhanced Absence Policy* Annual Merit Review* Company Eventslocations:
