Job Overview Sales Team Manager – Manchester City Centre Offices
We are looking for an experienced people manager to join our Sales Team Manager position.

What You’ll Be Doing In this role you will be managing and developing a Sales team, providing coaching and support to drive performance and help them toward their development goals.
Lead, coach and develop a team of sales agents to consistently achieve and exceed all sales KPIs.
Develop and manage the CRM system to optimise data and leads.
Monitor all data, leads and sales activity to improve performance and deliver accurate reporting.
Proactively generate leads and ensure the follow‑up process is defined and recorded within systems as per sales strategy.
Refresh contact with past customers and develop relationships with new ones (B2B).
Supervise a team to convert inquiries/calls (inbound/outbound) into active customers to achieve the team sales targets.
Identify opportunities to maximise service quality and effectiveness for customers, monitoring employee performance goals and objectives on a regular basis.
Evaluate, coach and guide employees to assist them in meeting their own personal goals, including timely delivery of performance reviews and real‑time feedback.
Plan resources and forecast staffing needs.
What We’re Looking For
A proven track record of hitting given sales targets and meeting deadlines.
A high level of communication and persuasion skills.
Establishing rapport with people and professionals.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to successfully multi‑task.
Experience developing and maintaining CRM systems.
Experience with performance management and creating development plans.
