SEO Lead - Got The T-Shirt We’re looking for an experienced SEO Lead to take ownership of organic search across a portfolio of ambitious brands. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who knows how to turn insight into action and rankings into revenue.
Base pay range Approximately £45k, depending on experience.
What You’ll Do
Lead SEO strategy – Own the organic search roadmap across multiple clients, from audits to long‑term growth plans.
Deliver performance – Drive improvements across rankings, traffic, and conversions.
Be the expert – Act as the go‑to SEO voice for clients and internal teams.
Get hands‑on – Technical SEO, on‑page optimisation, content strategy and link development.
Collaborate – Work closely with paid media, data and content teams to deliver joined‑up performance.
Report & recommend – Turn data into clear insights, actions and client confidence.
Shape the future – Help evolve SEO processes, tools and best practice across the agency.
What You’ll Bring
Strong SEO experience, ideally agency‑side.
Confident owning SEO strategy across multiple accounts.
Solid technical SEO knowledge (audits, site structure, performance, migrations).
Experience with content‑led SEO and digital PR/link building.
Comfortable explaining SEO clearly to non‑SEO people.
Commercial – you care about impact, not just rankings.
Curious – always testing, learning and staying ahead of change.
Collaborative – happy working across teams and disciplines.
Proactive – you spot opportunities before clients ask for them.
