*Responsibilities:*
* Provide comprehensive general dental care to patients of all ages.
* Utilize state-of-the-art dental technology effectively and efficiently.
* Maintain accurate and thorough patient records.
* Adhere to all HIPAA and OSHA regulations.
* Collaborate effectively with dental hygienists, dental assistants, and administrative staff.
* Participate in continuing education to stay abreast of the latest advancements in dentistry.
* Contribute to a positive and welcoming patient experience.
* Assist in establishing and refining practice protocols and procedures.
*Qualifications:*
* DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
* Current and unrestricted dental license in Ohio.
* Current CPR certification.
* Proficiency in a wide range of general dental procedures.
* Experience or strong interest in utilizing digital dental technology.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.
* Strong work ethic and a desire to contribute to the success of a new practice.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
