The Role We’re hiring a
Director, Creator Sales & Talent
to grow our creator partner base through a relationship-led commercial motion across top-tier agencies and management (CAA, WME, UTA, InterTalent, YMU, MVE, and leading boutiques) and direct creator relationships.
This is a senior role for someone who can build trust quickly, understand creator businesses, and turn relationships into high-quality partnerships that work long-term. You’ll own the process end-to-end — with a premium standard on deal quality, communication, and follow-through.
Reporting to: Head of Commercial
Travel: Regular international travel, including the US (LA frequently)
What You’ll Own
A predictable creator acquisition engine: agency/management + direct creator routes to market
Commercial outcomes with a long-term mindset (quality partnerships, not vanity logos)
Key Responsibilities
Relationship-led commercial ownership
Build trusted relationships with creators, reps, and managers — and maintain them through consistent, high-standard communication
Keep pipeline hygiene tight: clear next steps, accurate stages, disciplined follow-ups, and proper forecasting
Agency, management, and direct creator acquisition
Activate and deepen relationships across major agencies, management firms, boutique managers, and direct creator networks
Build an account-plan approach: priority targets, engagement cadence, and repeatable referral flow
Create a balanced pipeline across both representation-led and direct-to-creator opportunities
Creator discovery and deal structuring
Run sharp discovery on creator businesses: content engine, monetisation mix, audience health, operational maturity, constraints, growth objectives
Translate needs into crisp commercial proposals with clear value, success metrics, and execution plan
Negotiate terms with confidence and judgement (rev share/fees/minimums/performance mechanics/renewals) — escalating only when required
Internal execution and alignment
Work cross-functionally with Ops/Finance/Legal to ensure partnerships are executable, compliant, and commercially sound
Keep leadership updated with decision-grade information (no noise, no drama)
New creator partners signed (monthly/quarterly)
Revenue and contribution margin (deal quality matters)
Pipeline coverage (3–4× target) and stage conversion
Repeat referrals from agencies/managers and creator-to-creator introductions
What We’re Looking For
3–5+ years in creator economy sales / talent commercial / creator partnerships (commercially-led)
Track record building relationships that convert into signed deals
Active network across major agencies and management companies — and the credibility to activate it
Strong understanding of creator monetisation (especially YouTube economics) and performance drivers
Confident negotiator with sound judgement on risk, terms, and long-term partnership fit
Highly organised: pipeline discipline, fast follow-up, high written standards, total discretion
Experience with structured commercial models (revenue share, MGs, performance-linked structures)
Experience mentoring or helping build a sales motion/team
