Provide strategic leadership for the analytics function, aligned with business objectives and the overall data and technology strategy. Champion best practices in data analysis, visualization, and storytelling within the team. Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of all reported data, implementing robust data validation and quality control processes. Proactively identify areas for deep-dive analysis that can drive revenue growth, cost efficiency, or improved customer experience, delivering actionable analyses and recommendations. Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of data analysts, encouraging continuous learning and collaboration. Oversee the delivery of the team’s roadmap and objectives, project prioritization, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery of reporting and analytical insights. Oversee the management, maintenance, and optimization of our primary Business Intelligence tool (Tableau), ensuring stability, performance, and user adoption. What we’re looking for
Experience in fostering analytics excellence, including developing analytical methodologies, promoting data literacy, and ensuring high data quality and integrity. Background in FinTech or similar industries is ideal. A track record of driving value with analysis beyond reporting numbers to identify strategic opportunities and solve business problems through data-driven recommendations (e.g., next best action, segmentation, customer/product behavior analysis). Strong SQL and analytical methodology skills; comfortable delivering deep dives and hands-on work while leading a small team. Ability to coach and mentor people inside and outside of the team and to continuously develop leadership skills. Clear communication with the ability to adapt style to different situations and stakeholders. Love of solving problems through data and creating opportunities for internal and external customers. Experience setting up best practices for BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools. Benefits and culture
