We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager / Lister to join a thriving independent Estate Agency in Eastbourne.

Leading, managing, and motivating the sales team

Building strong relationships with clients
Providing outstanding customer service and guidance
Representing the agency in valuations across all price ranges
What We’re Looking For (Skills & Experience)
Strong background in residential estate agency
Proven listing / valuation experience
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Target-driven with a winning mindset
High standard of customer service
Professional self-motivated and well-presentedKnowledge of the Eastbourne area advantageous
Full UK driving license required
