Conducting in-depth research and market mapping to identify high-calibre senior candidates globally Supporting the delivery of retained and contingent search assignments Joining your mentor in client meetings, pitches, and short-list presentations Tracking market movements, leadership changes, and commercial trends Managing candidate journeys from first contact through to placement What We’re Looking For
A recent graduate from a top 20 University, strong academics Exceptional communication, curiosity, and people skills Naturally proactive, resilient, and motivated by learning Comfortable working in a polished, fast-paced, professional environment What’s on Offer
£30,000 base salary + performance-linked bonus Six-figure earnings achievable within 3 years (Yearly OTE) A structured progression route from Researcher to Consultant Hybrid working: 4 days in the office, 1 day WFH A supportive culture built on collaboration Direct mentorship and personalised training from consultants with global networks and 30+ years’ experience Details
