About The Role The SDR Team is a top performing function at Wordsmith, it is the engine room for talent and growth. We hire for ambition, intelligence and excellence. To manage this team you will need to bring exceptional leadership and ambition combining intensity, pace, and craft. You are responsible for building, developing, and leading a pod of SDRs to overachieve.
Backseat drivers need not apply, you will be in trenches with your troops. This is a hands-on, high-energy, on-the-floor leadership position designed for someone who thrives under pressure, competes to win, and takes pride in world-class execution.

Responsibilities
Lead a high-performing SDR team with energy, presence, and urgency
Coach SDRs daily on talk tracks, objection handling, prospecting craft, and execution
Build a culture of accountability, competition, and pride in excellence
Own outbound pipeline generation and consistently beat targets
Partner with Sales, RevOps, and Leadership to evolve strategy and refine process
Hire, onboard, and develop exceptional talent

You\'re a top performer in SaaS or AI sales and know what excellence looks like

Fluency in French or Spanish is beneficial to this role

Up to £50k + £20k bonus, dependent on experience
