Key Role in Store Operations

We are seeking an experienced Team Member to join our store operations team. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth running of daily activities, including profitability, expense control, buying, merchandising, labor, regulatory compliance, and special projects.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and be able to motivate and develop their team. They will also have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Team Leader in all aspects of daily operations, including sales targets, purchasing, and labor planning.
  • Lead and develop Team Members to achieve outstanding results and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain creative store layouts and product merchandising to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
  • Maintain good vendor relationships and ensure all paperwork is properly submitted for vendor processing.

The successful candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and will be committed to achieving high levels of customer satisfaction. They will also be proactive, enthusiastic, and willing to take on new challenges.

Requirements
  • 18+ months retail experience and 6+ months supervisory experience.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other operations-related applications.
Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary range of $20.05-$35.00 hourly, commensurate with experience. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan benefits, eligibility for a store discount, paid time off, and access to other benefit programs.
