A Skilled Pasta Maker Needed

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Pasta Cook to join our culinary team at a reputable Italian restaurant in Miami.

• Prepare fresh, house-made pastas according to established recipes and standards.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a pasta cook or line cook with knowledge of fresh pasta techniques and classic Italian sauces. They must be able to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen with strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Team-oriented attitude and flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays is also required.
