Culinary Specialist

We are seeking a talented Food Production Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our culinary staff, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality food items for our customers.

The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of food production and cooking techniques, as well as excellent communication skills. They will also have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a clean and sanitary workspace.

• Food Preparation: Prepare food items according to recipe and ensure quality and consistency.
• Laboratory Operations: Monitor food levels, replenish stock, and manage inventory effectively.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, respond to customer needs promptly, and model suggestive selling techniques.
• Sales Growth: Maximize sales potential by implementing effective procedures for prepping, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising product.
• Health and Safety: Maintain a clean and sanitary working and shopping environment, comply with health and sanitation regulations, and follow established safety protocols.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to work effectively with colleagues and provide excellent customer service.
• Culinary Experience: Prior experience in food preparation, either in a commercial kitchen or a related field.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and maintain accurate records.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a fast-paced environment.
