/ Enhance and streamline our Environmental Management System (ISO 14001)

/ Facilitate environmental working groups with brand experts (e.g. chemical management, regulatory compliance)

/ Manage regulatory reporting requirements (e.g. CSDDD)

/ Assess and implement new regulatory requirements within our operations

/ Collaborate and innovate with brand environmental management experts to develop unified strategies

/ University degree in Environmental Engineering, Science, Sustainability Management or related field
/ Proven track record with ISO 14001 environmental management systems
/ Excellent coordination skills to manage multiple projects
/ Strong interpersonal skills to navigate diverse cultural backgrounds of our brands
/ Fluent in English; proficiency in German, Swedish or Portuguese is a plus
