Playing a key role in leading and directing the wider team, you’ll act as the glue that holds things together. You’ll work hard to ensure the smooth running of projects, problem‑solving along the way to guarantee the brief and budget are hit every time. You’ll present to clients and internal teams with ease, selling the how and why behind your concepts and inspiring beautiful work with the passion and conviction of a true creative leader. Just as ready to roll up your own sleeves and stay hands‑on, you’ll make the most of your stellar design skills, conceptual eye, and innovative approach, spotting opportunities and market trends which could help your clients and the agency to grow. What We’re Looking For
A driven and dedicated Design Director, you have a solid understanding of the world of branding and advertising, working consistently to hone your skills and perfect your craft. You work with skill to constantly bring great ideas to the table, to craft results that are showstopping. Passionate about relationship building and business development, you’ll be an excellent communicator who is comfortable dealing with everyone from internal junior designers to senior client partners. We’re looking for an impressive portfolio from an experienced and inspiring leader, ready to nurture talent and help those around you to grow and succeed – you’ll care about what you do and know how to inspire the same in others!
