Join the team at Michael Graham Estate Agents as we continue to grow our presence across the region. Our busy Buckingham office is looking for a talented Sales Negotiator to help us deliver exceptional results for our clients. Responsibilities
Engage with clients to understand their property needs and preferences. Conduct viewings of properties, providing insightful information to potential buyers. Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to achieve favourable outcomes. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local property market and trends. Prepare and manage property listings across various platforms. Handle administrative tasks related to sales, including documentation and compliance checks. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations within the office. Requirements
Professional demeanour and excellent interpersonal skills. Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle. Job Details
