What you'll do as a Sales Manager
Lead 3-4 advisors: daily huddles, weekly 1:1s, coaching on qualification, proposals, and closing.
Carry your own target: second-face key deals, present options, negotiate, and close.
Own the numbers: set targets/KPIs, forecast accurately, manage pipeline hygiene.
Improve conversion: refine enquiry handling, test follow-up cadences, raise ATP while protecting margin.
Partner with production: lock specs cleanly, ensure seamless handover from sale to build.
Build a winning culture: standards, rhythms, and a playbook everyone can run.
What you'll bring as a Sales Manager
Proven sales management in automotive or adjacent high-ticket configurable products (e.g., leisure vehicles, conversions, premium home/tech fit-outs).
Evidence of hiring/coaching, target setting, and consistent forecast accuracy.
Comfort being a player-manager — you like leading and selling.
Professional, credible communication with upper-middle-class buyers making significant purchases.
The package
Base £35,000 with OTE £65,000+ (uncapped).
