Your responsibili
Lead UX/UI design for new features, from early exploration to polished interf
aces.Create experiences that are simple, accessible, beautiful, and empathetic to user jour
neys.Partner with Product Managers on user flows and usability tes
ting.Collaborate with Engineering to ensure high-quality, consistent implementat
ions.Maintain and evolve the UI component library and design sy
stem.Champion usability testing, ensuring enough high-quality sessions happen and synthesising insi
ghts.Monitor onboarding, usage patterns, and session recordings to spot friction and improve usabi
lity.Advocate for clarity, consistency, and user-centred thinking across the pro
What success look
