In this role, you will develop, implement, and maintain leading-edge analytics systems, taking complicated problems and building simple frameworks. Identify trends and opportunities for growth through analysis of complex datasets. Refine existing data sets and optimize existing reporting & dashboards for improved business insights to drive improved decision-making. Role Responsibilities Create best-practice reports, dashboards and presentations based on data mining, analysis, and visualization Evaluate internal systems for efficiency, problems, and inaccuracies, and develop and maintain protocols for handling, processing, and cleaning data Work directly with functional areas to gather requirements, provide status updates, and build relationships Manage and develop a small team of data analysts. Developing and optimizing data analytics around U.S. Consumer Services performance including customer acquisition, engagement and usage with variations on retail and digital trends. Active product statistic creation and dashboarding. Performance dashboard creation and optimization for all products across U.S. Consumer Services. Primarily focused on key revenue and engagement drivers. GTM Analytics - Promotional data analytics, SMS penetration analytics, paid search analytics and compilation of results into business insights for decision making. Web usage and failure point utilizing Adobe Analytics with new dashboards and insights to allow us to modify digital experience flows and customer call-to-actions. Role Requirements 3+ years of data analytics and reporting experience. 1+ years in a lead or manager role. Bachelor's in data analytics or similar field; MBA or Master's degree is a plus. Advanced SQL Python or R, PowerBI or Tableau, Basic Snowflake knowledge. Ability to synthesize complex data sets. Ability to communicate complex topics in a simple way.
