About the Project / Role You will join a diverse, global team of DevOps engineers who support the migration, deployment, and reliability of systems in a cloud-first environment, using automation and best practices to deliver scalable, high-performing infrastructure. The role exists to improve service delivery, support customer-facing applications, and introduce Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) techniques into daily operations.
You Will
Work as part of a global DevOps team to migrate and optimise systems for Azure cloud and hybrid environments.
Deploy and manage applications using CI / CD pipelines and automate infrastructure and support processes.
Build, support and optimise 24x7 production environments, rapidly learn existing systems to ensure high availability.
Introduce and apply SRE and IaC practices, collaborate with developers and other technical teams to improve observability, reliability, and efficiency.
Participate in rostered on-call support and troubleshooting, ensuring timely incident response and system recovery.
Essential
Experience implementing CI / CD and version-control practices using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.
Practical knowledge of Windows Server and / or CentOS, Azure Cloud, networking, Docker and Kubernetes.
Practical knowledge of IaC tools (e.g., Terraform, PowerShell, Helm charts).
Practical knowledge of at least one observability tool (preferably Datadog, Grafana, ELK stack, or Azure monitoring, etc.).
Security-minded person with some exposure to security tools (OWASP, Sonarcloud or similar).
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with a strong sense of ownership and quality-first mindset.
Clear communicator and effective team player, fluent in English (B2 or higher).
