What You’ll Do
Identify commercial priorities and new business opportunities within the territory.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with major and potential customers, including wholesalers, indirect, and direct accounts for both brands.
Create, implement, and update a weekly work plan to achieve agreed sales targets and work goals.
Develop and execute sales plans and targeted promotional campaigns, measuring and reporting on results.
Provide Quality Market Information (QMI) and ensure timely delivery.
Qualifications / The Person People who care about quality, enjoy learning, and thrive on innovative ideas.
Selling and negotiating skills – selling the brands as well as the products.
Ability to understand and analyse data.
Good communication skills to principle decision‑maker level.
Ability to manage up.
Ability to work in a structured and planned manner.
Knowledge of account management.

Proposed Availabilities
4‑5 days a week on the road visiting wholesale, retail and direct customers.
Occasional travel to London and East Anglia.
