Rust Medical Center is seeking a skilled and dedicated Cath Lab Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cardiovascular care and be committed to providing high-quality patient care in our Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory. Educational and career development options, including tuition and certification reimbursement, scholarship opportunities • Staff Safety (a wearable badge that allows nurses to quickly and discreetly call for help when safety is a concern) • Differentials for night/weekend shifts, higher education, certifications and various lead roles (for eligible positions) • EPIC electronic charting system   Full time Work Shift: This position is eligible for an enhanced sign on and relocation bonus for CVL Experienced Nurses: ~A cardiac cath lab nurse specializes in assisting with catheterizations and monitor/examine patients prior to procedures, as well as during and after. They also administer medications and assist the medical team in whatever they may need during the procedure. The Cath Lab duties include but are not limited to the patient assessment, administration of medications, moderate sedation, hemodynamic monitoring, circulating and scrubbing during EP procedures and other procedures scheduled in our invasive procedure labs. Assist in the preparation and care of patients undergoing cardiac catheterization and other interventional procedures. Monitor patients' vital signs and provide necessary care during procedures. Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans. Educate patients and their families about procedures, treatments, and post-procedure care. Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards. Associate Degree in Nursing • State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License • We're all about well-being, starting with yours.
