What we are looking for: 4+ years of software engineering experience Extensive experience with a statically typed language (C#, Java, Go etc) Experience with any other programming language Extensive experience with either SQL or noSQL databases, and working knowledge of the other Experience designing REST APIs Working knowledge of DevOps (cloud deployment, docker, K8 etc) Dedication, independence, and personal responsibility Clear communication The following is a bonus: Deep knowledge of LLMs Anything to do with computer generated voice and conversations Soft real time systems (anything that might help with real time conversations) AWS Compliance and Security best practices Our Stack: C# full stack (we will re-evaluate this stack when the company is more mature) AWS PostgresQL Your responsibilities: You will develop new and maintain existing product features Expect lots of third party integrations Features will likely cover the whole stack with a heavy focus on backend. You may be asked to help with prompt engineering You may be asked to help with research and development of AI voice technologies We expect someone extremely pro-active: you won't be micromanaged; you will need to self-manage! Location / Work Schedule: Based in UK 2 Days minimum in our London office
