Head of Sales
to scale our sales organization to the next level. This is a unique opportunity to join at an early stage and play a key role in building a high-performing sales team from the ground up. What You’ll Do Develop and implement a scalable sales methodology tailored to our business Design training materials and train brokers to maximize performance Build and optimize sales organizational structure as the team grows Define and manage KPIs across the entire sales funnel Recruit, onboard, and mentor brokers, expanding the team from 5 to 20+ within 6–12 months Lead, coach, and inspire an international sales force Own the sales process end-to-end: from lead qualification through to closing What We’re Looking For Proven experience scaling a sales team in a
startup environment
(from small team to 20+ people) Background in selling
complex products
(e.g., financial products, investment, loans, acquiring, or advanced software) to SMBs or HNWIs Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to build a high-performance culture Familiarity with digital lead acquisition flows and how to maximize conversion Fluent English; additional languages are a plus Must already be in Dubai or willing to relocate Important: We are
not
looking for candidates from real estate sales. Experience in other industries is preferred.
