Education and Experience:* Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital media, social media, video production or related field of study required.* Minimum of 4 years of experience in social media, either within an agency or in-house at a major consumer or sports brand required.* Experience managing substantial accounts in the sports industry, preferably in live sports.* Experience collaborating with teams across different time zones.* A minimum of 2 years of experience formulating social strategies and a proven track record in developing social-first concepts required.* Experience with international business travel and working with a globally dispersed workforce.Required Skills and Competencies:* A creative and confident social media expert with a passion for effective storytelling on social platforms. Proactive in experimenting with emerging trends and content formats.* In-depth knowledge of tennis, especially women’s tennis, its personalities, tournament structure and a strong grasp of the women's sports landscape.* Exceptional project management skills, with prior experience handling large-scale projects and campaigns involving multiple internal and external stakeholders, including commercial partnerships, media, creative agencies, brands, PR and .com/digital.* In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, analytics tools and emerging trends in digital media.* Basic graphic and video editing skills, with experience in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Rush and/or Premiere Pro, as well as live video clipping tools (e.g., WSC, Grabyo).* Passion for promoting diversity and inclusion in sports.* Clear understanding of and experience in paid media, including its use for audience growth and segmentation, adapted to various campaign objectives.* Uphold WTA Core Values: Be Progressive, Collaborative, Passionate, and show Integrity. Approximately 6-8 tournaments per calendar year.* This position entails nighttime and weekend work.

Position Type/Work Schedule:
Full Time, 40 hours a week. Typical schedule will be Monday-Friday. Must be available for occasional evenings/weekends.
