Job Summary Take ownership for delivering a first‑class customer experience throughout the purchase of a new home, ensuring sales targets are achieved and profit maximised.
Primary Responsibilities
Develop and present properties, managing the entire purchase process.
Serve as the reference point for purchasers and all internal/external parties from first contact to completion.
Recommend and coordinate mortgage brokers and solicitors to meet purchasing deadlines.
Ensure all administrative and reporting requirements comply with company policies and deadlines.
Conduct market research, pricing, advertising, incentives, PR and other marketing events to build the sales pipeline.
Search for target customers, create appointments, follow up leads to meet targets and measure customer satisfaction.
Conduct inspections, introduce customers to new homes, provide familiarisation and after‑care at defined intervals post‑move‑in.
Maintain health and safety for customers, colleagues and other parties on site.
Follow company procedures, performance standards and the Sales Manual.
Experience, Qualifications & Technical Requirements
Sales experience in the housing industry.
High levels of self‑management.
Exceptional customer service skills and sales excellence.
Computer literacy.
Full driving licence and ownership of a car.
The role requires regular weekend and bank holiday working.
