The Role:
We’re looking for a Solutions Engineer to support sales, onboarding, and customer success teams by providing expert technical insight, delivering compelling demos, and helping customers extract maximum value from the platform. This is a cross‑functional role blending technical problem solving, commercial awareness, and customer communication. You’ll play a key part in driving revenue and supporting product innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Support sales cycles with tailored technical solutions, documentation, and ROI cases
Lead technical discovery sessions to identify requirements and reduce delivery risk
Deliver product demos, proof‑of‑concepts (POCs), and solution walkthroughs
Ensure smooth handover between sales and onboarding
Support advanced implementations (APIs, integrations, tracking setup, call routing)
Collaborate with Product & Engineering to validate new ideas and raise technical insights
Contribute to knowledge base articles and internal documentation
About You
Background in Solutions Engineering, Pre‑Sales, or Technical Consulting within SaaS, MarTech, analytics, or similar
Strong understanding of SaaS technologies, APIs, integrations, and data workflows
Comfortable discussing technical detail with both technical and non‑technical audiences
Proactive problem solver with strong communication skills
Enjoys working cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced environment
Curious, commercially aware, and motivated to learn
Requirements
3+ years in a customer‑facing technical role
Experience supporting sales or onboarding processes
Strong technical troubleshooting and solution design skills
Bonus: Experience creating or contributing to POCs
