Salary: £27,100 per year (OTE £34,120)
Bonus: Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance
Hours: 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off (weekend work involved)

Responsibilities
Buy cars and ensure the efficient running of your branch. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
Do appraisals on cars, negotiate prices, close deals, and deliver exceptional customer service.
Liaise with the back office and work colleagues.
Requirements
A current full UK manual driving licence
Experience of working in a target‑driven environment
Customer‑focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner
Ability to work well under pressure and independently (lone working)
Ability to organise and prioritise own workload
Be able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers
Excellent administration and IT skills
