Job Description As
Content Creator , you will help drive and evolve the comprehensive visual output of the Williams F1 Racing team across all content channels. The role focuses on photography with a blend of stills and moving images, producing high‑impact visual content for race weekends and other events. You will follow the full creative cycle from shoot planning and ideation through to execution and post‑production, working closely with the internal content and marketing teams.
Responsibilities
Operate confidently around high‑profile talent and a fast‑moving sport, both abroad and in the UK.
Contribute to content ideation and guide the best use of platforms.
Collaborate closely with social media managers, creative producers, production managers, editors, motion graphics artists and more.
Manage internal camera/production equipment and stay ahead of new technologies.
Implement a consistent style and tone across all content with the brand team.
Propel content production on race weekends and other events.
Continuously improve processes, procedures and protocols for video/photo and content production.
Represent Williams positively and collaboratively within the paddock and at Grove.
Work with Events and Partnership Teams to deliver imagery requests across race weekends.

Qualifications
At least two years of industry experience delivering best‑in‑class creative content, ideally in sports.
High proficiency with photography software (e.g., Photoshop) and video tools (Premiere, After Effects).
Strong camera and production equipment knowledge and technical expertise.
