Key Responsibilities:
Senior Litigation Attorney will be responsible for litigation and management of different types of personal injury cases ranging from car accidents, trucking accidents, to slip and fall, and more. Duties will include docket management, filing lawsuits, drafting, and responding to written discovery, depositions, mediation, and everything else that is involved in the litigation process.
Requirements:
· Needs to be familiar with all phases of personal injury cases, from inception, through litigation, to trials and settlements. Be prepared to handle cases with minimal supervision and must be a self-starter who possesses strong analytical, negotiation, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
· They will need to interact directly with clients and prosecute own cases and those provided by the Firm and its partners. Will need to have experience evaluating whether to sign a case or not and counsel clients on all relevant legal matters in a professional manner.
· Will be working closely with other attorneys and litigation team members and needs to be comfortable handling multiple priorities and tight deadlines, so staying highly organized is a must.
· Discovery

· Mediation
· Trial experience at either 1st or 2nd chair is a plus.
· Bilingual not required, but a plus.
· Personal injury experience

Pay commensurate with experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay:
· $80,000 - $200,000.00 per year with experience
· Attorney Referral Bonus - 50% fee split of any cases brought in by attorney
