National Law Firm is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Attorney to join our team in our Rochester NY office location . As a national recognized mass tort firm, we stress client-focused representation. The Associate will have experience in document review. Exceptional attention to each detail throughout the case cycle is expected.
Qualifications:
* Must be admitted to New York Bar.
* Exceptional writing skills
* Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, pleadings, and memoranda..
* Analyze case files and develop legal strategies in collaboration with senior attorneys.
* Interview clients, witnesses, and experts as needed.
* Review, organize, and summarize medical records, discovery materials, and evidence.
* Prepare and respond to discovery requests, subpoenas, and interrogatories.
* Maintain accurate documentation and case notes in the firm’s case management system.
* Communicate professionally and effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
* Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
* Strong research and analytical skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
