*Job Summary*
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key client relationships, and leading a team of account managers. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in technology sales and account management, with exceptional communication and negotiation skills. You will play a crucial role in developing strategies to expand our market presence while ensuring client satisfaction.
*Responsibilities*
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
* Lead the account management team in achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
* Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and report on performance metrics.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects and initiatives.
* Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize revenue while maintaining positive relationships.
* Stay informed about industry trends and market developments to effectively position our offerings against competitors.
* Provide leadership and mentorship to junior account managers, fostering a culture of collaboration and success.
*Experience*
* Proven experience in Insurance sales or technical sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
* Demonstrated expertise in account management, including relationship building and client retention strategies.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
* Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes for both the company and clients.
* Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is preferred.
* Leadership experience is highly desirable, showcasing the ability to motivate and guide team members towards success.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
