We’re searching for a motivated real estate administrative & marketing assistant to join our growing team of real estate professionals. This role will be responsible for preparing and distributing materials for marketing, filing documentation properly, preparing reports, managing telephone duties, ordering office supplies and more! Our ideal candidate will exceed expectations in keeping the office running smoothly day-to-day by supporting the real estate agents with the help and resources to perform at peak efficiency.

Responsibilities:
* Work closely with team of real estate agents and broker/owner to carry out all administrative & marketing responsibilities
* Ensure all office supplies are in-stock and order when needed
* Answer phones & manage reception desk, routing calls & messages to the appropriate agents
* Produce all marketing materials including brochures, flyers, online marketing, social media posts, etc. to continuously build our brand
* Maintaining electronic & paper filing systems, ensuring compliance standards are meant for all agent transaction files
* Perform small accounting duties (filling out deposit slips, ensuring the accountant has all of the records she needs)
* Ensuring client information in the CRM is accurate & up-to-date
* Prepare agenda for sign-runner & photographer as new listings & closings arise
Our ideal candidate:
* Must have exceptional organizational skills & attention to detail
* A self-starter with the ability to juggle multiple tasks & projects
* People-oriented
* Knowledge of basic computer skills (required)
* Working knowledge of social media for monitoring & advertising purposes (preferred)
* Previous experience in the real estate industry (preferred)
* Prior experience in an office setting
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (required)
* Familiarity with Dotloop document & transaction software (preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

* 8 hour shift
* Monday to Friday

* Taylor Mill, KY 41015: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
* Real Estate: 1 year (Preferred)
* Administrative: 1 year (Preferred)
