Sales & Customer Relations Executive
to join their growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with
proven sales experience , who thrives on generating new business, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing new business, producing quotes, and ensuring exceptional customer service across the board.
Sales & Customer Relations Executive (Immediate Start) What You'll Be Doing
Making daily outbound cold calls to generate new business
Contacting potential customers via phone and email
Building strong relationships with existing clients
Gathering key information to prepare accurate quotes
Producing quotes using the online system & following up to convert into sales (full training provided)
Calling existing customers for renewal quotes
Discussing policy details and making amendments where needed
Meeting daily KPIs and sales targets
Handling daily paperwork and general office duties
Using the MPACS online system (training provided)
Planning and managing your own workload effectively
What They Are Looking For
Previous sales experience, essential
Confident phone manner and comfortable making cold calls
Excellent communication skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to build rapport and maintain long‑term customer relationships
Self‑motivated, driven, and target‑focused
Computer‑literate and quick to learn new systems
Experience
Must have previous sales experience
Customer service or office experience is an advantage
