We now currently need an experienced Social Media Manager / Content Creator, who has managed or been part of a team with a size similar to or larger than our accounts, to help us grow to the next level. The ideal candidate will be someone with energy, enthusiasm, a great team player, and capable of adapting in a growing role with great opportunity. This is a role where we seek a confident candidate to help show us better ways of working, who can improve us and add real value to our team and help with our growth. Create and communicate weekly reports on social media performance to senior management Develop and implement creative and engaging social media strategies Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok (not YouTube), adapting content to suit different channels Oversee, plan and deliver content across platforms using scheduling tools Create, film, edit engaging multimedia content (or outsource effectively) across multiple platforms Develop, launch and manage new campaigns that promote the organisation and brand Form key relationships with influencers across social media Undertake audience research Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to posts and developing discussions Monitor, track, analyse and report on performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook insights Research and evaluate latest trends and techniques to improve measurement of social media activity Analyse competitor activity Recommend improvements to increase performance Set targets to increase brand awareness and customer engagement Educate other staff on the use of social media and promote its use within the company Encourage collaboration across teams and departments Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Reference ID: SMCC25 Seniority level
