We’re hiring a
Senior Account Executive
to help drive Specter’s next stage of growth. This is a high-impact role selling to top-tier VC and PE firms, where you’ll own the full sales cycle — from first conversation to signature — and play a major part in shaping how Specter wins and closes deals. We’re looking for someone with
3–6+ years of experience
selling SaaS or data products, ideally into finance, technology, or similarly sophisticated buyers. Someone who can run a sharp discovery, navigate complex stakeholders, and manage deals with confidence and urgency. You’ll work directly with the founders, help refine our sales motion, and be trusted to close high-value contracts. If you’re a top performer looking for more ownership and the chance to sell a product that genuinely moves an industry forward, this is the role. What You’ll Be Doing
Own the full sales cycle
— prospecting (occasionally), discovery, demos, negotiation, and closing. Run exceptional conversations
with partners, principals, and data teams at leading VC & PE funds. Manage a healthy deal pipeline , qualifying ruthlessly and moving with speed. Deeply understand Specter’s product , market, and data so you can articulate value beyond the demo. Collaborate directly with the founders
on pricing, positioning, and sales strategy. Identify upsell opportunities
and work closely with Success and Product to maximise account expansion. Feed insights back into the business
— buyer objections, feature requests, competitive intel. Contribute to GTM experiments , helping refine messaging, outreach angles, and deal-motion improvements. 3–6+ years of AE experience , ideally selling SaaS, data, or workflow products to sophisticated buyers. Top performer
— you consistently beat quota and know how to run your business. Strong communicator
— clear writing, structured demos, and confident talking to senior investors and operators. Commercially sharp
— you think in terms of ROI, business cases, and strategic value. Digitally fluent
— comfortable operating in CRM, analytics tools, demo environments, and modern GTM stacks. Curious and product-minded
— you learn new features quickly and enjoy understanding how things work under the hood. High-agency operator
— self-directed, fast-moving, and comfortable in an environment without rigid processes. Ambitious
