Key Information
Hourly rate – £12.25 plus bonus earning opportunities.
Work from the comfort of your own home.
Hours – Rotational shift pattern between 8am‑7pm Monday‑Friday and 8am‑5pm Saturday.
As an Inbound Sales Advisor, you will be assisting with retaining customers, handling account queries, managing insurance policies, and helping customers renew their breakdown policies. You will handle a high volume of inbound calls that involve putting your sales and negotiation skills into practice and maximizing sales opportunities where possible.

What You’ll Need
Experience in customer service or sales; retentions experience desired.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience in achieving targets.
Proficient in computer usage with the ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
Reliable wired internet connection and a quiet workspace.
Ability to work effectively as part of an exceptional team.
