Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Advisor
to join their growing Impact team.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and strengthen MEL frameworks, ensuring robust data collection and analysis across Kenya and Tanzania.
Lead high‑quality donor reporting and support a large portfolio with key strategic donors.
Design and manage evaluation projects, liaise with external evaluators, and conduct internal research.
Distil findings into actionable insights to improve the organisation’s work.
Collaborate across teams, travel internationally as needed, and contribute to strategic MEL initiatives.
Required Qualifications
Significant experience in monitoring, evaluation and learning within the international development sector.
Strong analytical skills and confidence in both quantitative and qualitative methods, including impact evaluation.
Proven ability to develop MEL plans, logic models, data collection tools, and insightful reporting.
Experience working on large, complex programmes for institutional donors such as FCDO, GIZ, or the Gates Foundation.
Familiarity with mobile data collection platforms and solid command of Excel.
Excellent communication, collaborative, solution‑focused approach, and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
